Sonya built Naseem Financial after nearly a decade working across some of the most respected global financial institutions — including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and leading fintech innovation programs with Bradesco, PurePoint, and Wipro.

Her career has been dedicated to transforming how people understand, access, and manage their finances — from digitizing retirement tools to launching LATM’s region first mobile-only bank for millennials. She led product innovation initiatives using emerging technologies like generative AI, modernized advisor platforms, and built financial planning tools used by thousands of clients.

But beyond the corporate world, Sonya is a mother of two, raising a family in the United Arab Emirates, navigating the same realities as the clients she serves. Naseem Financial was born from this lived experience — blending global expertise with the cultural, emotional, and practical needs of families in the UAE.
